Leah Learned How to Navigate the College Application Timeline as a First-Generation Candidate

No one in Leah’s family had attended college; as the eldest of three siblings, she wasn’t sure where to turn to for insight. As a first-generation applicant, she was worried about ensuring her application documents were complete and submitted on time. In addition, Leah was concerned she wouldn’t have the time to produce a stellar application around her busy schedule, filled with AP courses, a babysitting job, and extracurricular involvement.
